April Hamilton with April's Kitchen Counter for a mini culinary world tour just for getting teens in the kitchen! April has been teaching kids and teens in the kitchen since her college days when she once made cookies for Emmitt Smith! Chop, Sizzle and Spice your way to kitchen magician, superstar and hero in this fun cooking series designed especially for teens.
NOTE: This is a three-day class for teens 13 and over. Students will join April in the kitchen on Tuesday, October 10, Wednesday, October 11 and Thursday, October 12 from 10:30am-12:30pm. The $165 purchase of this class is for ALL THREE DAYS.
On the menu:
Tuesday: Taco Tuesday (of course!)
Custom taco bar with spicy beef, refried beans, hand-chopped salsa, guacamole & agua fresca
Wednesday: A Taste of India
Chicken tikka masala, channa masala, basmati rice, garlic naan, raita and chai ice cream for dessert
Thursday: A Taste of Tokyo
Noodle bowls and Sushi!

This is a hands on class that ends in a full meal with the opportunity to take home leftovers. All students receive a sample product plus a store discount. No refunds. Class payments may be transferred to a later class or you may transfer your class to another person. These requests must be made ten (10) days prior to the class date.
