Join Pastry Chef Megan Smith at Red Stick Spice Company to learn pastry perfection. Learn the small nuances that make big differences in your pastry. You'll work with different types of fat (butter vs shortening) and techniques (machines vs hands) to help understand what types of pastry perform better in each scenario. 

This is a hands-on cooking class. Each participant will take home their prepped items. Plus, each participant will enjoy samples of a few dishes we prepare. Participants also receive a sample product and a store discount to use the day of the class.
