Morning Yoga: A Perfect Beginning Monday-Friday 8-9am Invigorate your mind and spirit with morning yoga. This integrated class offers a slow and meditative approach to yoga with a focus on breathing, core strength and proper body alignment. Bringing both breath and movement into balanced energy, you will become grounded and focused for the day.
